Cherish your Running

When my friend said that running choose him, i really didn't know what he meant ... but late i came to understand what he meant.

When you choose running, you can decide anytime to stop it but when running choose you it mean your entire life depends on running. Whether you make money or not, when you are chosen you keep on going forward.

As we are getting closer to 2015, if you are a runner, ask yourself why you run, what you get and how you feel! then you will definitely know if you choose running or running choose you!!!

Unshaken Running Passion

Most of the Kenyan runner, comes from a underprivileged  family, but they keep pushing and keeping the passion of running alive. They know this is where they belong, this is where their happiness lies, this is where there  future depend on it.

As a team we are teamed up to see that we help each other in training and work hard to achieve our athletics goals.

You are the reason why we are strong and hopeful and determined

Since only running pays what you deposit... so it our duty to keep giving more mileage and reap more in the future.

We would love to keep sharing our running passion with our fans, friends and fellow runners and make athletics  a sport for upcoming young runners across the world.

We always feel happy that we share with all our friends from around the world. Hope one day our athletics dreams comes true.
